ABOUT POLLY
CHANDLER
COACHING
leadership development with a focus on leveraging strengths
Chandler Coaching is a strengths-based coaching firm focused on leveraging the principles of strengths training with the power of ecology. You might be thinking, why ecology when we’re talking about business? It’s simple. Ecology’s first law states that everything is connected to everything else. And guess what? Everything is connected in business too. We help individuals to examine their own strengths and tie it back to their team and their organization.
Chandler Coaching was founded by Polly Chandler, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Polly is also certified by the College of Executive Coaching, a post-graduate executive coaching program, and Strengths Strategies, Inc.

OUR DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY
it starts with strengths-based coaching
STRENGTHS-BASED COACHING
Strengths-based coaching helps you discover, develop and use your unique strengths to improve productivity, overcome obstacles and accomplish great things.
Often people underestimate their unique combination of talents, skills and knowledge; therefore, we start by assessing your primary strengths as well as your blind spots. You’ll then learn how to maximize your key competencies in order to thrive in your role—and achieve your goals.
PURPOSE-DRIVEN GOALS
What energizes you? Where is your energy going? What’s depleting you? We frame conversations around energy in order to get clarity on your purpose.
Defining your purpose allows you to stay anchored in your core values, focused on your objectives and steadfast in your mission. This helps you make everyday decisions that continually move you towards
INTERDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIPS
Ecology’s first law states that everything is connected to everything else. And guess what? Everything is connected in business too. We help individuals not only examine their own strengths, but tie it back to their team and their organization.
We must view our strengths in context. By sharing our individual strengths, work styles and experiences with each other, we’re able to help groups address team-related issues and create solutions for working better together.
ACTIVE
LEARNING
From getting outside to take a walk to hands-on activities in the office, we believe learning is best done when we’re active.
We’ve found that if you change things up by engaging your mind, body and surroundings, you have greater potential for breakthroughs. So in our coaching and training sessions we encourage participation and create opportunities to get up and move.
Polly is great at what she does. The highest compliment I can pay to Polly is that I consider her both a mentor and a friend; that is, someone I can learn from and someone I can learn with. Wherever Polly chooses to apply her talents, that role, organization, and her colleagues will be better for it.
