WALKING & COACHING
Walking has been proven by multiple studies to increase creativity. There are two ways to pursue walking coaching. First, walking together in a quiet and comfortable location in Marin County, CA. Second, walking and talking by phone. This option works for clients who are not in the San Francisco Bay area.
Walking coaching sessions involve strengths reflections while walking, integration of metaphors from the landscape to find inspiration, and identification of action steps.
EXAMPLES OF WALKING & COACHING SESSION TOPICS:
1. Reflecting on the current role and needing space and time to think about the career path.
2. Transitional moments due to lay off….visioning what is next.
3. Navigating challenges.
4. Managers learning how to do walking coaching sessions with direct reports.
Depending on your needs, our Walking & Coaching sessions can be focused on Strengths-Based Coaching or Transition Coaching.
