STRENGTHS-BASED
VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS
Being and Doing
We design our workshops to meet your goals and prevent Zoom fatigue. Breakout rooms, activities and discussions are used to create an engaging online platform. Teams connect and learn how to use strengths to enhance communication and collaboration. We don’t just focus on how to do the work, we focus on how to be together in the virtual world.
INTRODUCTIONS TO STRENGTHS WORKSHOP
In this workshop, the team is introduced to the strengths-based approach. We then begin with individuals exploring their own strengths and identifying where and how to leverage their unique strengths. In addition, individuals share their strengths and discover an appreciation for individual similarities and differences. The goal is to help everyone know how to thrive in their unique strengths zone.
STRENGTHS-BASED TEAM WORKSHOP
Building a strengths-based team starts with an awareness and appreciation of each other’s strengths and weaknesses. We focus on virtual team building on building cultures of virtual collaboration and communication. The team applies strengths-based approaches to team dynamics, giving and receiving feedback, and navigating drama on a team. The goal is for participants to develop strategies that empower all individuals to adopt a proactive, outcome-focused approach to projects, engagement, and strategy.
STRENGTHS FOR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS WORKSHOP
Developing individuals and teams in a virtual workplace is greatly enhanced by a strengths-based approach. In this workshop, we explore tools that support individuals in their roles. Managers and Supervisors learn how to customize their feedback, communication, and strategy to maximize the performance and energy of all employees, even when working from home. The goal is to enhance communication and collaboration strategies virtually and in person.
