Even though many of us are not going” back to school” in September, it often still feels like the start of a new year. The end of summer and beginning of the school year shifts many of our daily lives, even for people without children. Traffic is different, schedules shift, opportunities increase and number of events and expectations rise. There is excitement and energy for this “new year” feel. Yet, what if we pushed the pause button for just a moment and asked…” What is most important about this time of year? How can I bring the best of me to school, work and home?”
A New Year is an opportunity for growth and change. New Year resolutions spring from these intentions. One way to approach this time of year is through the greeting Shanah Tovah.
