Next Generation Leaders
Mission into Action: Tapping into the Passions of Millennials
For over a decade, we’ve been hearing about Baby Boomers retiring and the need to begin developing the next generation of conservation and social justice leaders. Federal state, county, and city organizations anticipate 35-50% retirement rates in the next 5-8 years. The environmental and social service nonprofit sectors are facing similar transitions in generational leadership.
Now is the time to begin developing leadership skills and talents in our emerging conservation leaders. Teens, young adults, university students and recent graduates all deserve and need our support in becoming the leaders that our planet so desperately needs.
Chandler Coaching provides coaching and training to emerging leaders in the conservation and environmental sector. In addition, Chandler Coaching provides an annual philanthropic coaching and training to an environmental nonprofit.

“It was wonderful to have the coaching sessions with Polly for everyone on our team. We focused on identifying individual strengths and then orchestrating how our strengths were complementary to each other in a variety of workplace objectives. Polly was a kind, patient, and insightful leader when it came to troubleshooting conflict resolution or setting personal goals. A huge thanks to Polly for dramatically improving our teamwork and team communication!”
